A security guard for one of the hotels used to quarantine returned overseas travelers in Perth has contracted COVID-19.
Scarborough Police Senior Sergeant Craig Wanstall said offences at Scarborough Beach had increased compared to the same time last year and warned people not to leave personal items unattended while visiting the beachfront.
